The winery’s philosophy is simple: complete respect for the characteristics of the grape varieties and the wine produced, in pursuit of a clean, traditional and classically Piedmontese style. The red grapes are destemmed and pressed delicately. Fermentation, strictly at controlled temperatures, is carried out using the traditional method of pumping over.

While young wines age in stainless steel tanks, Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba Superiore wines are welcomed into the barrel cellar, located in a dedicated wing of the winery. Long aging in oak barrels of different sizes transforms the wine into a small masterpiece, crafted with care, patience, and wonder.


The grapes for the white wines are gently pressed and undergo short cold maceration in contact with the skins. The musts ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve aromas, acidity and floral bouquet. Metodo Classico sparkling wines are produced in-house, following the traditional «champenoise» method. These undergo long aging on the lees, revealing the noble soul of Pinot grapes cultivated in Costigliole d’Asti.
