For many years he has contributed to the most prestigious food and wine magazines and guides (the Gambero Rosso Guide for years, and the L’Espresso Guide to the Restaurants of Italy for 8 years).
Member of the Gazzetta della Sport tasting committee.
Contributor to both the 2013 and 2014 editions of the Corriere della Sera book “Vignaioli e Vini d’Italia” (Vignerons and Wines of Italy). The first Italian Habano sommelier, in 2013 he took part in the final of the world championships which took place for this category in Cuba.
