Family and land. The roots of plants, and of people.
Those of the noble Roman Naevia family that gave its name to the small town of Neive, but also of the Rivetti family, which has been living and working in Neive since the mid-1800s. First ‘Pinin’, then Dante.
The latter has been running the family estate since the second half of the 1970s, when it first took on the name of Dante Rivetti.
For this Bricco di Neive winery, a label is not simply a question of what name to put on the bottle. It is a sense of duty to give full expression to the classic varieties of Piedmont through its wines.
Wines made from grapes that are at home here, and no more so than for those of the Rivettis when you consider that they grow right alongside the very farmhouse where the family lives.
For the Dante Rivetti cellar, living wine does not just mean making it.
