100% Chardonnay grapes grown in estate-owned vineyards in the municipality of Costigliole d’Asti. Hilly exposure from east to south.
Yield:
60 -70 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, leaving the wine on the lees.
Maturing:
in the bottle for 3 months.

Serving Temperature: 8/10° C.
Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish hues
Perfume: floral with notes of fresh fruit.
Flavour: very clean with the characteristic bitterness of Chardonnay.
Serving Suggestions: a summer wine, ideal with cold buffets and fish-based menus.
