

Origin:
100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in estate-owned vineyards in the municipality of Costigliole d’Asti. Hilly exposure from east to south.
Yield:
60 - 65 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration at 27/28°C in stainless steel tanks for 10/12 days.
Maturing:
18 months in small oak casks, some of which are new while others are used for the second time, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Examination.
Serving Temperature: 16/18° C.
Colour: Red with garnet hues.
Perfume: forest fruits, vanilla and spices.
Flavour: pleasantly tannic with considerable structure and great balance.
Serving Suggestions: very nice with game, boiled meats, mature cheeses and delicate dishes.
