

Origin:
100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the calcareous clay soils of the vineyards in the Rivetti area of the Municipality of Neive.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration at 28/30°C in stainless steel tanks for 10/12 days.
Maturing:
12 months in oak casks followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Average Life: 6-8 years.

Colour: garnet red with orangey hues
Perfume: intense, pleasant and characteristic
Flavour: enveloping and smooth, exceptionally persistent
