

Origin:
100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the vineyard on the Rivetti family’s
new farm on Bric Micca hill in the Municipality of Neive which
stretches from west to east and enjoys southerly exposure. The
soil is composed of calcareous clay.
Yield:
50 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration at 28/30°C in stainless steel
tanks for 12/15 days.
Maturing:
From 20 to 24 months in oak casks followed by 12 months in the
bottle.

Serving Temperature: 20/22° C.
Colour: deep ruby red, becoming orangey with age
Perfume: intense and pervasive with scents of pansies, liquorice
and floral notes
Flavour: full and dry with a smooth entry, it develops with a
pleasantly tannic structure
Serving Suggestions: excellent with aromatic stewed red meat and
feathered game with truffles, and with mature cheeses.
