

Origin:
100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Estate’s historical vineyards
of Bricco di Neive hill. Calcareous clay soils with south-westerly
exposure.
Yield:
50 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration at 28/30°C in stainless steel
tanks for 12/15 days.
Maturing:
From 20 to 24 months in oak casks followed by 12 months in the
bottle.
Organoleptic Examination.
Serving Temperature: 20/22° C.
Colour: deep ruby red, becoming orangey with age
Perfume: intense and pervasive bouquet with scents of pansies
and liquorice
Flavour: full and dry with a smooth entry, it develops with a
pleasantly tannic structure
Serving Suggestions: perfect with red meat dishes, braised meat
and game. Ideal for drinking while alone or in the company of
friends.
