100% Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in the sandy calcareous soils on the Neive hills exposed southwards from west to east.
Yield:
75 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Natural racking of the must. Fermentation in autoclave for the formation of the froth which characterises this wine.
Maturing:
short period in the bottle.
Organoleptic Examination.
Serving Temperature: 8/10° C.
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Perfume: pervasive, intriguing, involving and unique, highly reminiscent of fresh fruit.
Flavour: fresh in the moth, persistent with discreet acidity.
Serving Suggestions: traditionally served with creamy desserts, jam and fruit tarts and fresh fruit salads, but when drunk alone at the right temperature the brilliant, effervescent flavours of this grape juice become even more evident.
