

Origin:
100% Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in the sandy calcareous soils of an old vineyard on Bricco hill exposed southwards from west to east. The bunches are withered in the vineyard and harvested late, at the beginning of November.
Yield:
50 hl/hectare.
Vinification:
Natural racking of the must. Alcoholic fermentation in small oak casks..
Maturing:
in the same barriques used for fermentation, for 12 months. In the bottle for 10 months.
Organoleptic Examination.
Serving Temperature: 10/12° C.
Colour: bright straw yellow with golden hues.
Perfume: intense notes of peach and candied citrus with very fine floral hints reminiscent of honey.
Flavour: an aromatically rich explosion in the mouth which, as it envelops the palate, arouse sensations of peach kernels and honey; the final persistence lingers extensively.
Serving Suggestions: excellent with mature cheeses and also very good with dried fruit and biscuits.
