Inside the cellars, the modern equipment for the transformation and vinification of the grapes contrasts delightfully with the traditional style to which the Rivetti family is linked.
Ivan, the eldest son, aided by two highly skilled cellarmen, takes care of the complex process which begins with the grape harvest, carried out exclusively by hand. The bunches are transported to the cellar in special crates with a capacity of 20 Kg, where they are crushed immediately.
